Fiber Glass Body Kits; bumpers Lips side skirts spoilers fender and hoods are made out of high quality fiber glass. Finishing in black or white gel-caoted and comes with wire mesh if applicable.

Carbon Fiber

Our carbon fiber products are handcraft by A grade carbon fiber material and is manufacturer by vacuum infusion process, these process are 10-20% lighter than the traditional rolling method. This improved the looking of the product underside as well as improve the durability of that.

Portion Carbon

Spoiler blade & end cap (in some model) comes in glossy carbon fiber, 2 side stand finsihed in black or white gel-coated, need prime & paint. Comes with wire mesh if applicable.

Custom Order

We can custom carbon weave & pattern for you. For example, twill or plain weave, yellow/red/Blue kelvar, forge carbon & honeycomb etc.

Fiber glass hoods and trunks are manufactured using a up & bottom construction design. Usually we use 3-4 layer of 450 grams fiber glass material overlapping the hood top mold and hood frame mold. And hood frame is joined to the top mold carefully, matching up the fiberglass layers exactly to enhanc the product structure. All the join line and edges are smoothed by hands to insure good quality finish all around.

Portion carbon hoods and trunks are usually carbon cover in the air vents or scoop area, make the hood more agressive look, The rest of hood is in black or white gel-coated fiber glass. This option also easier for owners that want to do 2 colour ton to match their colour or design. The structure of the hood/trunk is exactly the same as the other 2 option.

Carbon hoods and trunks are manufactured using a up & bottom construction design. The top layer is carbon fiber material bonded to the hood surface with high-grade resin, and finished with a clear coating for a high gloss finish. And underside shell is joined to the top layer enhancing the product structure. All the join line and edges are smoothed by hands to insure good quality finish all around.
